Peasant problem, whether in the age of democratic revolution or that of socialist construction,has always been the basic problem. It is critical to form a correct view about the peasants . It has been proved by practice that the crucial reason for the victory of Chinese democratic revolution is the correct view about the peasants. Mao Zedong has formed his own special view about the peasants in the process of Chinese revolution and construction, which is precious treasure for Chinese Communist Party and Chinese people. Today when we are building a harmonious society, looking back at and analyzing Mao Zedong's view about peasants is really significant for us to get to know the problem of"agriculture, rural area and farmers"and solve it, to carry out a scientific view about development, to go on with the liberty of thoughts firmly, to persist in reformation and open policy firmly, to push forward the development of science, to promote social harmony and to achieve the grand goal of building a relatively comfortable life steadily.The essay discusses and analyzes the theory of peasant problem during the democratic revolution led by Mao Zedong in four aspects:Part OnePeasant problem is the basic problem with Chinese revolution. Peasants are the most numerous and the most reliable alliance. To form a strong alliance with the peasants is the premise and guarantee for the proletariat to obtain the leadership. The goal of democratic revolution is to liberate the peasants.Part TwoAgrarian Revolution is the basic content of Chinese revolution. This part mainly talks the about importance of Agrarian Revolution, the evolution of the policy of agrarian division and the historical significance of Agrarian Revolution.Part ThreeThe most serious problem is how to educate the peasants. This Part mainly talks about the limitation of peasants themselves, leading and educating peasants with proletarian idea and trying to improve the peasants'level by all means.Part FourThis is the most important part . It's mainly about the historical significance and practical revelation of Mao Zedong's theory of peasant problem. What is more important, it shows some views on the problem of"agriculture, rural area and farmers"and the building of a harmonious society.
