The legislation of agricultural recycling economy is in newly established time. That is, the law of agricultural recycling economy has to embody the coordination, making policy synthetically and rules harmony. Thirdly, it analyses the primary principles that agricultural recycling economic legislation should persist on. Moreover, the legislation must adhere to the guiding ideologies sustainable development, advancing gradually in due order, acting according to circumstances and so on. Final, we should establish agricultural recycling economic system, including market access, cleaner production, green consumption and so on, aiming at promoting the development of agricultural recycling economy, strengthening the capability of sustainable development and realizing an economized-type society.
