Questioning To The Viewpoint Of Zhang Wentian So-called "Shenfu County Tenancy Relations Capitalism"

In the traditional feudalism production, the tenancy relations occur between the landlord and the tenant farmer. With the theory of Productive force determine productive relations from classic Marxism ,the article carries on the generalized analysis and study to god government office county productive force in 1940s to get a conclusion that productive force was less developed , thus denying the capitalizing tenancy in the tenancy relations. It is a kind of manifestation that land concentrated after a period of dispersion; it is kind of repairing and maintaining at unfavorable agents as a result of average land-distribution during the revolution; it is kind of means of for the well-to-do peasants and the middle peasants to seek fortune by less land and employing less. Therefore, the conclusion that the tenancy relations developed in the form of capitalization is unstable.Then, what did cause this kind of unbalanced development in the productive force? It is complicated. The author views the will-to-do middle peasants, the representatives of productive force, as the researched to analyze the reason behind the unbalanced development in the god government office eight natural counties. They should have shouldered the responsibility to promote the economy development of the countryside, but the past proved that they were not strong enough to fulfill the responsibility.
