Study On Social Security Problems Of Land-lost Farmers

With the fast development of the process of the urbanization and industrialization in our country and with the use of land resources especially of the farmland resources, a lot of farmers are compelled to leave their land which they live on. Because of the influence of peasant's factor and law system's factor, land-lost farmers face a series of questions such as medical treatment,life,employment retirement and so on. Many land-lost farmers turn into the urban poor people. Its result will inevitably influence the social stabilization, and become the hidden danger in structuring the harmonious society. Therefore , it's significant to solve the problem of farmers especially of their social security, which can protect farmer's interests, keep the social stability and realize urban and rural development as a whole and the harmonious society.The first section of the thesis begins with the definition of land-lost farmers and illustrates the phenomenon of their social security problem. The second section of the thesis explores its reasons from the aspect of peasant's factor and law system's factor and points out the significance of dealing with the land-lost farmers' social security problem. The third section of the thesis points out that this problem must be solved in many ways especially on the aspect of law system so as to establish a sustainable development system environment beneficial to farmers.
