Research On Social Security For Land-lost Farmers In The Process Of Urbanized Peasants In Shishi

Urbanization is inevitable trend due to the production way of life transformed from country to city type. Urbanization is an important symbol of one national and regional economic development and modernization level.In our country, a lot of the farmers’ land resources especially the cultivated land resource was occupied and a large number of farmers were forced to leave the land for survival at the time of the acceleration of urbanization. It could lead to social instability as Farmers were facing losses and unemployment problems. Through long-term exploration and practice, most areas in China introduced compensation and social security laws, but at present a lot of land-lost farmers face many practical problems such as land compensation, employment, pension, medical, etc that is also what the land-lost farmers mainly concern about. This paper research the social security of land-lost farmers aimed to find the social security problems in Shishi, and puts forward relevant solving methods so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this special group better, maintain social stability, to realize urban and rural development as a whole.This study put land-lost farmers in shishi city urbanization processas a research object, and probed into the situation of urbanization and the problems of social security of the farmers in Shishi, using literature research, theoretical analysis, comparative research and questionnaire investigation method,Using the questionnaire investigation method to analyzed the land compensation, employment status, income, social security etc of land-lost farmers in detail.Combined the summary of the results of the survey with actual situation in Shishi It can be found that the current Shishi land-lost farmers in terms of social security in the process of urbanization there are mainly three problems in the process of the land-lost farmers are analyzed in detail by means of questionnaire of land compensation, employment status, income, social security etc. It can be found there are mainly three problems of social security of land-lost farmers in the process of urbanization in Shishi,combining the summary of the results of the survey with actual situation in the Shishi.Firstly, chaos in the standard of land expropriation compensation and land expropriation rights was abused. Secondly, in current,social security system is not perfect in our country. Again, the degree of perception of social security of land-lost farmers is low and ginseng protect consciousness is weak.To solve above problems, this article combines the characteristic of urbanization in Shishi and social security related theory, puts forward four suggestions as followed:(1) improve the existing land expropriation compensation system in China; (2) improve the current security system; (3) increase the social security propaganda; (4) promote the cultural level of farmers, and strengthen professional skills training.
