Thirdly, this article was still analyse objectively to carry out blue trade barrior to flourishing nation and the economic output influence of the developing country , evaluate the active and negative imascts of the blue trade barrior. Finally, according to the actual situation in China, this article puts forward the methods to deal with the blue trade barrior: the enterprise must regulate thought, observe labour discipline, improve managenment and add to scientific ingredients; our government should give wild publicity and direction, establish unifiable norm and early-warning mechanism to help enterprise; the lawmaking section of our country want to aim at SA8000 standards,sound related labor law,participate an international lawmaking activity concerning blue trade barrior actively in the meantime,the point of dispute which makes use of WTO solves a mechanism to dissolve blue trade barrior to cause of international antinomy.
