Study On Law Thoughts Of Guan Zi

Guan Zhong is a famous politician and thinker in Spring-Autumn Period.Modern scholars generally believe the book Guart Zi is written by ancient scholars in the name of Guan Zhong and it is an encyclopedia,including much contents and profound thoughts.For years,scholars study this book in many aspects,such as politics,economy,military,administration,philosophy,astronomy,geography,ethics,aesthetics,meanwhile,some discussion and analyses had been done too.Some meaningful and valuable works and articles are published.Such as(Biography of Guan Zi by Liang Qi chao,the check of Guan Zi's woks by Guo Mo ruo,Study on Guan Zi by Hu Jia Cong.Also,there are some works and articles involve study of Guan Zhong.Some specialize in features in his law system;some argue his law concepts;some analyze his differences from Jin ideology system and Qin ideology system;some study law traits in establishment and implement;some check differences between law and other social and cultural relations.There are,however,few articles concerning Guan Zhang's law thoughts comprehensively.Moreover,Guan Zhong's law thoughts can only be found in too many books,such as:For Right,Politics,Law,and so on.These articles are complicated and unsystematic.All these affect people's understanding of law thoughts during Spring-Autumn Period;limit people's understanding about core contents of law thoughts from Guan Zi.For the above reasons,combined with writing background,on the basis of collecting data,considering and drawing on the experience of related studying,using historical,dialectical comparative and analytical methods,coming the origin of law thoughts and traits in Guan Zisystematically,this article tries to uncover all law thoughts of Guan Zi to the world.In chapterâ… ,this article studies forefathers' researching results systematically; discusses the author and writing background.And then,with talking about Zhou Gong and Jiang Tai gong,study the origin of law thoughts in Guan Zi and deliver the historical background of the profound development of the origin of law thoughts in Guan Zi.In chapterâ…¡,we talk about the concepts,traits,and functions in Guan Zi from the eyes of modern people's consideration about law.Then,study establishment,execution and observation of law in Guan Zi,holding that keeping pace with custom and tradition development with times,consideration about social relation and emotion are the traits in establishment of law;paying attention to orders,choosing edict judges,and regarding punishment as important are the features in implement of law;That All people are under the law,and he pays more eyes to cultivation of courtesy and development of observation are the specialties in observation of law.At last,article shows three traits of law thoughts from Guan Zi,thus,we have more understanding about law thoughts from Guan Zi and have a deeper grasp about its historical meaning.In the end of this passage,there's a new idea about harmonious relations in modern society,we hope there will be more discussion about this.
