The Choice Between The Scientific Views And The Mood Of The Development Of Our Country

The scientific development concept is the Chinese communists'deepening understanding of the the law in general to China's economic and social development and to promote the comprehensive development of socialist construction that must adhere to the guiding ideology. The formation of the scientific concept of development, provides a new model of development to China's development.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part of the scientific concept of development point out the historical background of the connotation of the concept of scientific development , stressed that the scientific development concept is based on the primary stage of socialism's basic national conditions and summed up the development of China's practice of referring to foreign experience and adapt to new requirements for the development proposed by the new requirement. Scientific development concept answers the development of the first justice, the core of development, the basic requirements of the development , the methods of development and the fundamental ways of development. The answer clearly realizes what kind of development is going to be achieved and how to develop the issue and accomplished the organic unity of the "science" and "development"The second part analises the history of the concept of development and development models. Because of different people's world outlook, views on the development is different, thus form a different concept of development. "Harmony" concept of development advocated respect for the laws governing the development of the natural world; "creationism" concept of development advocated the protection of the environment is to protect human beings themselves, "the people" will be an abstract concept of development advocated as a judge of the development of standards. After the industrial revolution, modernization has entered people's vision. Both from the internal driving force for the development of the "primary" and the driving force for development from external coercion and the challenges of the "aftermath", or, in economic growth for the purpose of catching-up "new style", to promote the economic growth in different levels, but these developments have great one-sidedness, not realizing scientific development, neglecting of the environment, resources and the ecological carrying capacity. Lacking of overall coordination of the concept, there is no comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, especially the new style state and regions, they take the path of development for an instant success, and thus lead the economic trapped in a "crisis" and "trap" in the thorns.The third part stresses that the building of a harmonious society, and taking the road of scientific development is China's development model of choice. Referring the development experiences of other countries, in light of China's reality, we must choose a scientific development model to determine the correct development goals. Construct the democratic rule of law, equity, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order, harmony between man and nature of a socialist harmonious society and bringing about social relations and the coordination of the benign operation, and take the road of scientific development and achieve comprehensive economic and social health can be coordinated sustainable development. This is the intrinsic request of constructing prosperous and powerful democratic civilization harmonious socialism modernization country, and is also inevitably our country development model choice .
