Study On Legal System Of Circular Economy

The thinking of circular economy which had in the bud in the 1960s has been concerned and made in-depth studies by the international community since the 1990s .Some developed countries attach importance to effect of law in the practice of developing circular economy. Most of them have established a fairly complete legal system of circular economy and received good social effects. Developing circular economy is also an inevitable choice for China. But on the whole, circular economy is still in its infancy stage in China. At present the relevant legislation is inadequate and can not satisfy the requirements of the development of circular economy. Therefore, it is necessary for us that constructing a scientific and reasonable legal system of circular economy to protect the development of circular economy. It is on the topic "Study on Legal System of Circular Economy" and uses methods of systemic and comparative analysis in the paper. The author explores how to construct a legal system of circular economy which fits China's national conditions with a view to contribute to legal construction of circular economy in China.This paper is divided into three parts: the introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction includes: the status quo of the development of circular economy in China; the summary of the situation on the legislative research of circular economy at home and abroad; the significance of the research on constructing legal system of circular economy; the ideas and methods of the author's study.Text begins with introducing the basic concept of circular economy. It introduces the definition, the main features and basic principles of circular economy. Then it discusses the meaning and necessity of constructing legal system of circular economy.On the basis of theory introduced, the author observes and analyses of the legislation on circular economy in major developed countries and sums up worthy of experience for constructing legal system of circular economy in our country. Inspecting the status quo of the legislation and the existing problems of circular economy in China, the author proposes we should establish the legal system of circular economy as soon as possible. Then the author envisages the necessity, the golden rules, the mode of choice, different levels of constructing legal system of circular economy in China.The conclusion re-affirms the importance and necessity of the road developing circular economy and the construction of legal system on it .And the author indicates that establishing legal system of circular economy is a continuous and long-term process of exploration and amendment.
