Research And Realization Of Brigade Or Regiment Military Training MIS Based On Web

With the further development of construction of military informalization, great progress of information construction for military training in campaign level of our military has been achieved, and the information construction for military training in grass-roots troops is becoming an important topic. Now, some MIS for military training have been developed, but these softwares are of uneven levels and have their own advantages and disadvantages, and which not be applied to units of different arms and services. Our target is exploring for new ideas, technologies, and methods in the field of information technology, which contribute to the brand new military training MIS and promote the sustainable development in this area.This paper researches on some current popular MIS and related technologies deeply and thoroughly. According to the actual situation of our unit, the regiment military training MIS with three-tier B/S structure is designed. The users' requirement is analyzed, the system functionality is divided and implemented with diffirent modules and the database is designed. Finally, the detailed implementing method and some of the system functional modules will be expounded in this paper.The regiment military training MIS includes many remarkable functions, such as individual information management, notes announcement, news browse and release, online making, examining and approving, distributing plans of training, recording grades, management of training resources and etc. The feedback from the operating prototype shows that the web interface is compact and user-friendly and the backend system operates efficiently. Obviously, the regiment military training MIS makes the training information management real-time, scientific, standardized and network accessible, which meets the needs from the grass-roots troops and in accordance with the actual training situation.The system adopted advanced and mature JSP technology. Based on the ideas of software reconstruction, lots of reusable components like JavaBeans were used and business logic was separated from front-end programming, which makes the system more robust and more agile.
