Research On Legal System Problem In Construction Of New Rural Area

The Communist Party put forward construction of socialistic new rural area, a synthetical and overall guiding thought during the sixteenth session among the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. By which guide us how to construct socialistic modernization. Legal system construction is the important content and powerful guarantee of the new rural area construction. The achievement of the legal system construction relate to the progression of the new rural area construction .However, many legal system problems in rural area restrict the development of new rural area construction. Enhancing research on legal system problem in rural area has been the new task in new era. Nowadays peasants have lower law consciousness, legislation in rural area lag behind, judicature in rural area is unserviceable, Villager self-government system is defective. in order to build a good legal system environment in rural area .We must fix our attention on reality ,strengthen researching the legal system problem , cultivate peasants'law consciousness actively, perfect rural area's legislation,judicature and villager self-government system , and so on .
