China is a agricultural country, without the stability of rural area, there is nonational stability,"the stability of rural areas is the guarantee of the whole country",therefore, to strengthen the comprehensive management of social security in ruralareas, to maintain social stability in rural areas, have great practical significance forpromoting the sustained and healthy development of the rural economy society,andkeep the harmonious and stable social environment.Due to the different degree of social economic development, the rural socialsecurity problems shows different characteristics in different regions. In this paper,through consulting, Mudanjiang region and other parts of the country in the relatedliterature, on the basis of field investigation, makes a brief analysis of the rural socialsecurity issues in the Mudanjiang area, making a comparative study of the rural socialenvironment mainly hidden danger, the particularity of rural public security ofdomestic and international relevant research present situation, and unifies the relatedtheory of criminology the existence of the rural social and environmental problemsare briefly described, the relevant regional issues, the relevant functional departmentsof the management is not in place, the low quality of rural population, rural socialsecurity comprehensive management of policy implementation is not in place, theillegal crime combat ineffective and the reasons causing these problems, such as thecause of social transformation and system transition, ideological and cultural reasons,social structure the reason, farmers own reasons were analyzed.
