The Research Of Chinese Governments' Credit Loss And Its Countermeasures

Since 1978, the Chinese Government has embarked on a social transformation and restructuring. In the course, China's economic and social development has made significant progress, but increasingly serious credit crisis has become social obstacles to the further development of the society, and impact on China's social stability and the overall situation of reform and development. When we seriously analyze the credit loss in-depth, we can easily see that the existence in various types of enterprises, institutions and even personal problems is closed related, directly or indirectly, with the dishonesty of governments at all levels. Government credit has become a nation-wide concerned topic. Faced with the status quo of the government dishonesty, we should strive to explore its root causes, and on this basis, to propose solutions to policy and measures of our government dishonesty.So far, the Western scholars he has made unremitting theoretical explorations on the issue of credit. Scholars, based on the real background, as the theoretical needs of reform and opening-up, investigate historical background of the governments lacking of credit, and probe the possible causes and how to build good government credit. However, the results have been, the current study focused more on theoretical analysis of the Government as the core of credit, the path is to resolve the existing problems so as to design a basic autonomy and heteronomy consensus on the framework for specific government credit. The detailed measures of upgrading the governments' credit are too sweeping and broad, obviously, in-depth theoretical study and practical exploration are also needed. Based on this background, the authors , drawing on previous research results, describe the basic conceptual issues on the basis of the government credit, and make a specific analysis of the problem contemporary Chinese government credit, and seeks to analyze the underlying causes of credit loss in governments, and to explore path of China's government credit construction.
