| The aggravating trend of aging population brings impact to the social Old-age system's sustainable development.At present,the characteristic of the social Old-age system is that,the amout of old population is large and increases quickly,the need of Old-age is very large.But now the attention to the social Old-age system is unitary,attaches importance to economic suport and neglects other aspects.The Old-age is the result of many factors'action,the unitary attention angle can restricte the development and perfection of the Old-age system,and affectes the rise of old people's life quality.The Old-age is the result of each factor's action,understanding the relationship between them is the base to analyze the social Old-age system.This paper takes big resource concept as basis,embarks from the Old-age resources' concept defining,and determines the Old-age resources constitute by system resource,cultural resource,finance resource,social resource and individual resource from various visual angle,and then carrys out on these resources separately.On this basis,analyzes the Old-age resources' function from the view of siciety operational mechanism theory.firstly,analyzes the relationship of the Old-age resources,and then analyzes the influence to the system when these resources as a part of the social Old-age system.Take Old-age resources' function as basis,analyzes the situation of our country's Old-age resources,and points out advantage and deficiency of it,and then discusses the influence of the Old-age resources' disproportionality to the social Old-age system.At last,formes the conclusion that:The necessary of big resources idea,integrates the Old-age resources by system constraction and government impetus.This research overcomes sole analysis orientation in the past study of the social Old-age system,insists big resource visual angles,discusses the factors related to Old-age from the perspective of comprehensive,analyzes the function of them,and then studies the situation of our country's Old-age resources,and submittes relevance suggestion. |
