Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Information Construction Of Wuhu Human Resources And Social Security System Under The Background Of Big Data

With the progress of social economy,the public have put forward higher requirements for government public services,from one-stop service to business package service,from reducing duplicate certification to big data verification within the government,the people’s needs and government services promote each other,and the level of social management services has been continuously improved.The report of the20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that“We should speed up the construction of a cyber power and a digital China”,accelerate the popularization of information services,and let the people have more sense of gain,happiness,and security in the development of information technology.We also should implement the national big data strategy,use big data to promote the protection and improvement of people’s livelihood,promote the popularization and application of big data in education,employment,social security and other fields,and deeply develop various convenient applications.Human resources and social security departments,as one of the most important departments of people’s livelihood,informatization has played an increasingly important role in promoting innovation in human resources and social security management services in recent years.Only by actively using information technology to solve the weaknesses and pain points of the work of the people’s society can the vast masses of people share the achievements of information technology development.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of the informatization construction of the human society system in Wuhu City and carries out the relevant satisfaction survey through the elaboration of relevant concepts such as the informatization of the human society system,using the methods of literature research,field survey and questionnaire survey.The problems existing in the informatization construction of Wuhu Human Resources and Social Security System are analyzed and concluded,mainly including the low efficiency of online handling,the imperfect data sharing,the insufficient application of data analysis,the low level of information security,and the lack of innovation in government services.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,the author uses the new public service theory,collaborative governance theory,digital governance theory,combined with the author’s actual work in the human society system,and at the same time draws on the advanced experience and practices of the domestic human society information construction.On this basis,it puts forward countermeasures such as enriching the service items of online office,improving the efficiency of online office,breaking the departmental information barrier,promoting data sharing and intercommunication,improving the quality of business data,strengthening data monitoring and analysis,improving the level of information security,Promoting the construction of network security,innovating the way of government service,and improving the people’s experience in handling affairs.This paper combines the background of the times and carries out research through specific examples of prefecture-level cities,which has certain practical value and provides a feasible reference scheme for the human rights and social security departments in other regions to promote government public services through information construction.
