The Relationship Between Water Resources And Modern Agricultural Function Evolvement In Beijing

This paper reviews the historical materials and data of agriculture development of Beijing in order and studies them systematically, then explores the inherent relationship between value development trend of the agriculture and water resources in Beijing. These results show that:1.According to the agriculture, social economic development , the situation of development and utilization of water resources, this paper divides the agricultural development of Beijing into three stages namely agriculture slow developing stage , agriculture fast developing stage, agriculture sustainable developing stage.2.There are the close relationships between the development of agricultural stages and water resources in Beijing. The scanty of water resources determines that the basic trend of agricultural development of Beijing is under the same ecological situation value or promoting it constantly, inherent structure of agriculture develop towards the direction that demand for water resource is reduce constantly in order to realize equal value.3.The grain production function with econometrics research approach isLog(y) = 0.36Log(tb) + 0.4012Log(d) + 0.068u +1.23 This function shows that the main factors of influencing grain-production are adjusted sown areas,total power of agricultural machinery and system variable. And the elastic coefficient of the sown areato the output is 36%.4.The Beijing cultivated land changing model isLog(g) = 0.206Log(GDP) - 5.247Log(Ch) + 0.078Log(Re) + 14.336This model reveals that the main factors influencing the cultivated land in Beijing are water resources and the standard of urbanization, the elastic coefficient of the water resource changes to the cultivated land is 7.8%.5.Based on the analyses concretely of Beijing agriculture, the main factors affecting Beijing agricultural economy and ecological environment function are agricultural sown area, water resources and urbanization level. Because of water and soil resources shortage in Beijing and the urbanization development, people face the increasing requirement of the ecological environment constantly, so the agriculture of Beijing will rely mainly on playing to the ecological environment function, and will develop in the direction of sustainable ecological agriculture.
