Jerusalem Problem is one of the most important and complex questions in the world. Since the beginning of the peace process, there are two different contends on this problem that is whether it is resolved at first or at last. The initiators had chosen the later that is to depose the things from easy to hard ones. When Barak was elected to be the Prime minister of Israel, he tried to get through on the Jerusalem Problem and bring peace to both Israel and Palestine. But he failed. The fact tells us that if the Jerusalem Problem is not resolved perfectly, the results of other things are also hard to be reserved. The thesis is composed of four parts. Part one is about the hard work of Primer Barak's government. Part two a nalyzes the reasons why there is no progress on Jerusalem Problem. Part three gives the meanings and affections of the negotiation about the Jerusalem Problem. The last part figures out the prospects of solving the Jerusalem Problem. In the last part, some self-thinking and view about Jerusalem's prospect and analysis are given. It calls for changing the way of thinking. The Game Theory has been used to help analyzing the Jerusalem Problem. Some new actions about Jerusalem are also used to provide evidence here. These are the creativities of the thesis.
