Research On The Construction Of Rural Village-Level Organizations In The Process Of Urbanization

In the process of comprehensively building a well-off society, the most arduous task is in rural areas. Village-level organizations, as a society organization at the grassroots level in rural economic and social development, has a very important position and role in the rural areas of socialist modernization construction and the building of democratic politics. By investigating rural village organization building in Nanhui District of Shanghai, analyzing the environmental changes and the main problems of village-level organizations in the process of urbanization, we would like to put forward some useful ideas and countermeasures, such as strengthening training and system building to upgrade the overall quality of village cadres; strengthening standardized building of village-level organizations to enhance its cohesion and combat effectiveness; increasing their level of the organization to enhance their ability to cooperate; strengthening economic functions to consolidate service basis, and so on. At the same time, we would like to explore how to strengthen the building of village-level organizations in the process of urbanization in rural areas. Through exploring the ways and means of the building of organizations in rural village, we strive to raise the building of rural grassroots organizations to a new level, and strive to build"production developed, life well-off, atmosphere civilized, cleanliness, democracy" new socialist countryside.
