Study And Counter Measures Research Of Modern Village Housing Urbanization Tendency--Jiangsu And Zhejiang Provinces Area Taken As The Example

In order to realize the full scale economical development, and achievement of comprehensive well-off of the general countryside of 800 million farmers, China gradually has started in 80's to implement the urbanization, and the active development of the small cities strategy. In the economical developed area, especially southeast coastal areas, the villages has the huge change, the village housing condition is showing the urbanization tendency in the village style, construction, life condition and so on. After the study and research on the village housing conditions in Jiangsu and Western Zhejiang province, this article analyses and discusses on what the villages has gained in this kind of change and what has been lost, and believes due to the influence of the negative metropolis elements, the village is sacrificing the nature, the ecology, the local construction, and the traditional folk culture, which are the main sources of sustainable development of the Chinese villages. Probing into the village housing condition urbanization tendency, the article excavates in-depth reasons, analyses the basis and consequence of the modern village housing urbanization in various aspects such as the society, economy, culture and construction and believes the village in the urbanisation process should walk on the sustainable development path. That includes the sustainability of the physical factors such as nature, ecological environment and others, in addition to that the sustainability of the spiritual cultures such as local culture and folk traditional culture. Compares the domestic and foreign fundamental researches on the related subject and the village development experience of the countries with high developed urbanisation and proposescountermeasures from the macroscopic view.
