To implement the strategy of revitalizing the countryside is a major strategic plan made at the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.Village party organizations are the most basic organizations of the party in rural areas and the bridge and link between the party and peasants.In the process of rural revitalization,strengthening the construction of village party organizations is the inevitable requirement of developing rural industries,building ecological livable homes,leading the civilization of rural customs,leading the effective governance of rural areas,and realizing the prosperity of villagers.Only through village party organizations can the tasks of rural revitalization and the party's work in rural areas be truly carried out.In the context of the new era,the revitalization of rural areas requires village party organizations to enhance organizational strength,strengthen leadership,improve system building and optimize organizational structure.In the face of
