As the project of urbanization in rural areas goes on, great differences appear between high-speed flow of information and Urban and rural welfare. So, there comes massive outflow of rural labor, and resident population shrinks a lot. Some remote rural areas trap in a Lack of natural resources, poor infrastructure, commercial and industrial underdeveloped, at last, these villages meet deteriorate appearance, confusion planning, vacant housing and land abandonment. That is the phenomenon of "hollow villages". Take Ningde City Zhouning County Chunchi Town for example, there is necessarily linked to the process of urbanization and the emergence of the "hollow villages", rural hollowing has brought out many negative impact to urbanization. Nowadays, there is a urgent need for the guidance of scientific concept of development to discover the reasons of the hollow villages. As to draw around the new rural construction experience, combine with each village’s unique geographic environment and natural infrastructure construction, the aim comes to change the passive and backward of the situation to the "hollow villages". Hollow Village integration is a marvelous project. All these efforts are the willing to develop remote rural areas and to build a harmonious socialist countryside. It is a mix of the feasibility and creative attempt to promote rural urbanization.
