The Study Of Management For Cultivating Technology Cadet's Overall Quality

In the 21st century, the international and domestic situations have been undergoing great changes. Accordingly, our army building has to change to keep up with the general situation. Under these new historical circumstances, the management of training officers in military universities is in face of new opportunities and challenges: on the one hand, new situations and problems have emerged in the management of cadets, on the other hand, the time has brought forth new and higher demands on the management. This thesis tries to reveal the particularities and rules in the management of training officers in the new century and probe into such subjects as the assessment of cadets' overall qualities.In the new era, the management of training officers in military universities is extended in scope and content. Therefore, the management becomes more demanding and challenging. The management work must adapt itself to its environments, the features of its targets and the current situations. At the same time, the work must respect the growth regularities of the human talents and the evaluation of the work should be based on improving the human talents' qualities. In the course of management, the administrators' power influence must be combined with the non-power influence, the spiritual incentive with the material incentive, end strict training with patient ideological instruction. Only through these means can the aims of the management be achieved.The cadet of technology is different from the undergraduate and the cadet of command, so the method and the technique of administration must be particular and the mode of administration should be different according to the object and objective. The construction of Military academies comes across new opportunities and challenge as well when we face the new era. The problem that how to manage the cadet of technology as the environment changing should be solved as quickly as possible, Based on the fact of administration about cadet of technology, the thesis analyzes the regulation,particularity of administration about cadet of technology profoundly and further explores the basic principle and method should be followed by the process of administration. Above all, a concept called new type of administration whose content is strictly defined is brought forward here.Therefore, with the application of the knowledge from "Management theory","Psychology","Soldier Psychology","Pedagogy" and after investigating the problem of administration about cadet of technology and analyzing the status the thesis found out the causations and explored the resolutions for it. And further more, the paper gives a method which is based on Fuzzy Evaluation to evaluate the cadets overall quality and so the targeted causations can be applied to administrate and cultivate.
