On The Status Quo Of And Strategies On The Quality Improvement Of Administrative Cadres Of Military Cadet Companies

Administrative cadres have been played a fundamental, guiding and supporting role in training military professionals, the quality improvement of whom may facilitate the exertion of their functions. Researches have been carried out on such problems as backward perspectives, unfavorable working surroundings and inefficient operating mechanisms and some theoretical achievements have been made, which have a certain directive significance, but are inadequate in terms of pertinency and utility. Based on the author’s practice of ideological work and other relevant research achievements, this paper focuses on the quality improvement of administrative cadres of military cadet companies in military academies.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first one analyzes the connotation, standards, mechanism and principles in terms of the quality improvement, discusses the theoretical and practical values of this study. The second one summarizes relevant achievements and experience gained since the reform and opening up. The third one elaborates on the key problems in aspect of the quality improvement and their causes, attempting to pinpoint the sticking points of the problems. The last part, by analyzing the effects of and experience on the quality improvement as well as relevant problems and corresponding causes, puts forward some pertinent measures in terms of the notions, starting points, approaches, supporting conditions and evaluation mechanism of the quality improvement.The paper makes a creative interpretation of the basic concept of the quality improvement of administrative cadres of military cadet companies, conducts a systematic analysis of relevant achievements gained and their weaknesses and puts forward several countermeasures. However, the course of quality improvement is a systematic one, which is affected by a number of factors in a comprehensive way. Still, more deep researches are needed to promote the scientific development of the quality improvement of administrative cadres of military cadet companies.
