The Investigation Into The Actuality And Countermeasure Of Cadre Educating And Training In Chinese Universities Under The New Condition

In recent years, according to the strategic arrangement of " training cadres in a wide range, and increasing the caliber of cadres to a high extent" from the CPC center, party committees in universities take measures actively to strengthen the educating and training of cadres in the round, gaining satisfying achievements in both the quantity and quality of the training. And the caliber of the cadres has been increased markedly. But with the continuous development of domestic and international situation, new demand on the building of university cadre group has been put forward, and the educating and training of university cadres is also facing new tasks and challenges. How to build a scientific cadre educating and training system to adjust to the reform and development of universities has become a significant question for discussion that the CPC organization in universities is facing now. From the aspects of realizing the significance of the current cadre educating and training system, strengthening the research into various factors in the process of educating and training, building and perfecting restriction and inspiration mechanism of cadre educating and training and reinforcing the building of system, this part probes into the building of cadre educating and training system in universities, which provides beneficial exploration for the research of cadre educating and training in universities.
