Social educational activities have a long history as human history, and it comes into being with the production of human society. While"social care"of adolescence was the main characteristic in pioneering period of modern social educational theory (from English Industrial Revolution in the early of 19th century to the First World War in the early of 20th century). What is social care? In short, all members in society take care of the weak in the society or members needed to be taken care of, let people receive comfortable arrangements and cares when they face unchangeable careers in their lives-birth, old, disease, dead. Early social educational objects were mainly children and adolescents, and began to extend to youths and adults with the development of society. After the Second World War, social education developed really flourishingly and was valued by each country.In the period of former Soviet Union, social education had been in the stage of slow development. After disintegration of Soviet, Russian society had taken place profound changes. In the stage of social momentous turning, negative influences brought about by social development and changes such as economic crisis, inflation, social delinquency, broken family and taking drugs increased mental burden of people, meanwhile brought about strong attacks to education of children and adolescents, now social education played a due role.Starting from political, economic and cultural perspectives in the background of social transformation, this thesis applies many kinds of methods such as document-reading, historical research, comparative analysis and synthesis to make theoretical probe and practical analysis for Russian social education of adolescence in the period of social transformation, in order to supply revelation and reference for development of social education of adolescence in our country. The thesis consists of four parts: Chapter I -Introduction states the significance of the thesis, research thread, research methods and explanation of related concepts. Chapter II mainly introduces the historical evolution of Russian social education. Chapter III mainly states basic theories of Russian social education of adolescence. Chapter IV analyzes the practice of Russian social education of adolescence in the period of social transformation and summarizes characteristics of Russian social education of adolescence. Chapterâ…¤states current situation and characteristics of social education of adolescence in our country, and proposes practical strategies for raising social educational effect of adolescence in our country on basis of using Russian social educational practice of adolescence.
