The concept of Inferiority is brought forward by Alfred Adler.It is an ens composed of negative self-cognition,emotion and behaviour.In the 1960s,career tutorship took place of occupation tutorship in the United States.After a few years,the concept of Professional Career Planning came forth.The concept of Professional Career Planning was introducted into China in the 1990s.As the market of employment is becoming riper and riper,it is attached importance to by Chinese people in these years.This research takes college students as object.It probes into the relationship between the Inferiority and Professional Career Planning.At the point of view of being a useful person,it is necessary for college students to plan their career.First of all,if they can orient their career and manke plans and strategies as early as possible in foundation of comprehensive and veracious evaluation of subjective and objective conditions,it will be propitious to the stimulation of seeking knowledge and being a useful person.By doing this,college students can also build the foundation for the future occupation success.The second,if college students can plan their career and make and implement individual developmental strategies according to individual special characteristics and the social conditions,it will alleviating the structural inconsistency in the employment market.Therefore,it will be helpful to solve college students' employment problem,which is quit serious right now.However,the college students' Professional Career Planning is in a poor way.Some of college students'consciousness of Professional Career Planning is faint.They are impercipient to their own occupation interest and ability tendency and the professional occupation instance in society.So they are at a loss to their employment prospect.Their self cognition,occupation cognition and career cognition are all contorted in different degrees for those college students who feel self-contemptuous because of multifold reasons.They feel more pessimistic and lose confidence to find a job depending upon themselves.Some even become pessimistic.This research tries to quantificationlly and demonstratively investigate the relationship between college students' Inferiority and their Professional Career Planning from the view of psychology.It also tries to find a effectual way out for the education of college students' Professional Career Planning,so as to help them rightly cognize themselves,effectively carries on Professional Career Planning, favourably get an occupation and finally bring home the bacon.The main results of this research are as follows:1.College students' Inferiority has negative correlativity to their Professional Career Planning.The coefficient of correlation is -.481(**)and the correlation is remarkable.The result getting through the discrepancy analysis also shows that it will has a negative effect to theirProfessional Career Planning if college students have more serious Inferiority.2.The result getting through the analysis of variance shows that college students' Inferiority and their Professional Career Planning have mutual effect.3.The male college students' Inferiority is generally lower than the female college students',and the insistance of their Professional Career Planning is better as a whole.They know more about themselves and occupation.And they feel more confident about the employment in the future.4.The college students from cities generally have less Inferiority than those from rural areas,and the insistance of their Professional Career Planning is also better as a whole.They get to know more about themselves and the career cognition itself.5.The liberal arts college students' Inferiority is generally lower than the science college students',and the insistance of their Professional Career Planning is better as a whole too.Their employment confidence,career direction detection,occupation cognition,self cognition,and career cognition are better.6.It is an effective way to help them overcome Inferiority that we provide college students professional career education and help them carry on Professional Career Planning.On the other hand,it is basilic precondition for college students' employment and success to provide them psychological health education and help them overcome Inferiority.This research clarifies the relationship between between college students' Inferiority and their Professional Career Planning.It provides some ways and means for college students to keep mental health and carry through their Professional Career Planning.It also provides reference for colleges' Mental Health Education and Professional Career Planning Education.
