Study On Occupationnal Career Planning For Soldiers Made From College Students

More and more college students have joined the army in response to the urgent need of talents in the army recent years. Most of the students will become professional soldiers two years after. However, as they share different initiatives in taking the position, they could not form an all-round knowledge about themselves and would even fail to become a part of the army. Furthermore, as the army itself and the students are in lack of professional career plan, it would finally lead to the inefficiency in making full use of talents. This thesis would take some group army in ground forces to dig deep into the conflicts and problems in the career plan of soldiers who are college-students before to come up with constructive measures and solutions, so as to guide and help them with their career goal, to better satisfy the need of construction within the army, to become more outstanding talents, to alleviate the waste of talents and to improve the quality of the talents within the army. At the same time, this thesis would be a reference for the career plan of soldiers and officers.
