The Research Of Government Electronic Service's Benefit

By the development of electronic governor including all the country in the world, as the core of E-governor, the government electronic service have received more attention. In this paper, the Concept about"benefit"in the economics is used, the cost and Proceeds about government electronic service is analysed. I use the method of theory and Case to analyse and summarize the question of government electronic service's benefit. In the issue of cost, from government and public's perspective, analyse their cost, then give some advices to reduce their cost. In the issue of Proceeds, include of high efficiency service and high quality service. About the efficiency, first, I point the indicate of high quality service, indicate the lack of government electronic service's efficiency, then put forward several steps. About the quality, first, I point out the demand for high quality service, expatiate the influencing factors, then give some advices to improve the level of government electronic service. In order to spark plug the government to provide low-cost\ high efficiency\ well quality E-service, I write this paper, to hope improve the level of the whole E-governor.
