A Study Of Governmental Ability In View Of Deliberative Democracy

Deliberative democracy as one of the major democratic ideals under the construction of contemporary political civilization is experiencing the change from Western form to Eastern form, from theory to practice. This provide a new- style democracy base for the localization in China of deliberative democracy theory, which effects through the guidance of deliberative democracy in the construction of governmental ability.The research on governmental ability is an important problem brought forward in the practice of the government construction and is also a new change faces to the development of the government. It is a burgeoning field in theory research. Guided by the theory of deliberative democracy, grasped the deliberative democracy traits of the system of China, the thesis brings forward the core content of governmental ability, that is to promote the positive interaction between the public and government. Meanwhile, on the basic of national conditions, the thesis analyzed and discussed the basic problem of governmental ability; it also puts forward some challenges and obstacles of the construction of govermental ability, such as the limitation of the theory, the system and humanities, and finds out the right and effective way to enhance govermental ability from the angle of deliberative democracy theory. All of this are aim to strengthen the construction of government capacity and enlarge the legitimacy of the government in the course of the changing social.
