The political party system research is of an important category to carry on the political analysis. The article believed that, the development of Taiwan area economy causes the class structure change is the basic reason for the evolution of Taiwan political party system, the different understanding to the one China principle is the political thinking carrier for the evolution of Taiwan political party system, and the Taiwan political system and the electoral system is the system carrier for it. All these are the general rules. Kuomintang's authoritative government, the corrupt attitude and the inner-party organization fission are the intrinsic reason; the international factor, especially, US'S influence, is the external factor; And mainland's policy to Taiwan is the important factor. All these are the special rules which the Taiwan political party system evolves.
