Research On The Evaluating Indicator System Of Safe Behavior Ability For Beijing City Community Resident

Recently, people take more attention on the safety of Beijing city communities, because increasing number of floating population and people on the third industry causes more insecurity factors. Beijing city community have gotten infect on the safety management, but it has some deficiency. That is, community safety management emphasizes on the hardware condition such as location, equipment and organization etc., and it neglects that the safe behavior ability of resident is different.Consequently, the paper researched on the safe behavior ability for Beijing city community resident. The main content and production include three points.1. The author measured off the resident based on the composing traits of Beijing city community resident and the fact that the abilities to the injury of people are different. The author also defined the concept of safe behavior ability for resident clearly.2. The author analyzed the factors of safe behavior ability for resident, and established the integrated indicator system of safe behavior ability for Beijing city community resident. Then the comprehensive evaluation model of safe behavior ability for Beijing city community resident is founded by virtue of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Analytical Hierarchy Process.3. The XX community was evaluated as an example. The results and the statistic data of injury for this community resident are consistent. It indicates that the evaluating indicator system and comprehensive evaluation model are practicable and operable.This evaluation model can reveal that the general level of safe behavior ability for a certain community resident to a certain injury, also and the level and difference of safe behavior ability for different group to a certain injury. The author hopes that it can provide the reference to the safety management of Beijing city community.
