Armed Gold Force Of Geological Prospecting Unit Study On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Geological Prospecting Work Safety Management

Because of special work environment,geological exploration industry has many risk factors,which lead to frequent safety accidents.More and more studies show that analysis of the accident-causing from different levels and quantitative evaluation of safety management are particularly important.It can explain the essential reasons of accidents,and also provide us with the effective methods and measures to solve accidents.Especially as armed forces of gold working in wilderness areas,we should consider the influence of laborers' volatility of psychological and physiological as well.So we want to study the situation of the safety management in the geological exploration trade through some practical surveys for one branch of the armed forces of gold,as well as theoretical analysis and practical support of the data.There are three problems discussed in the paper.The first is the accident-causing of geological exploration industry;the second is the evaluation of safety management in geological exploration industry,the third is the improvement measures of safety management in the geological exploration industry.On the basis of theoretical research,the paper mainly analyses theories of the accident-causing and the safety management evaluation.It researches essential reasons of accidents through the analysis of the accident-causing in the geological exploration industry,and analyses qualitatively the influence factors by accident tree.And then use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to divide levels and analyze the weight of influencing factors,and extract the main influencing factors.Finally,establish evaluation model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method according to the main influencing factors.(1)Accident-causing theory: Firstly summarize theories of accident proneness,accident causation sequence,accidental release of energy,orbit intersecting,and system safety and so on.It mainly analyzes the unsafe behavior of people,and researches people's physiological and psychological status of one branch of The Armed Forces of Gold,as well as the impact on the safety.Finally analyze the source of danger for one branch of The Armed Forces of Gold by HAZID.(2)The safety management evaluation: Firstly summarize the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method of related theories and the calculation processes.Secondly evaluate the safety management qualitatively for the branch by the methods of SCL,accident tree and AHP.Finally establish the evaluation model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as well as AHP,and get quantitative evaluation result of safety management for the branch.(3)The improvement of safety management: According to the research results,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of the geological exploration industry safety management,including three aspects: the improvement of safety supervision andmanagement mode,safety investment and safety training.In the finality,the content of the full study is summarized and the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
