Evaluation Model And Empirical Study On The Community Smart Endowment

Promoting the community smart endowment is an important measure to solve the problem of old age pension,is also the future trend of social pension career.However,we are in primary development stage,a lot of researches about smart pension are not mature yet,there are many issues such as generally low service quality and "information island" and so on.Development of community wisdom pension evaluate not only promote the healthy development of China's pension business,but also provide the basis for government decision-making to some extent.It is of great significance to construct the evaluation system and find the scientific and reasonable evaluation method according to the actual development situation of community wisdom and pension.First of all,this paper starts from the old-age needs of the elderly,summed up the results of research has been built to include life care,recreational services,security,social contact and wisdom application community wisdom pension evaluation index system.At the same time,the criteria of the sub-criterion were selected by referring to the SERVQUAL evaluation scale and the wisdom product evaluation standard.On this basis,through the access to relevant literature and government policies and regulations promulgated,clear the evaluation criteria of the evaluation criteria,and through the establishment of standards to qualitative indicators of moderate "hardening." Secondly,it built the mathematical model of community smart pension evaluation by using intuitionistic fuzzy theory and the interval intuitionistic fuzzy operator to avoid the difficulties of evaluation and information distortion effectively.Thirdly,According to the actual development of Qingdao City,the evaluation index system is determined,and then the questionnaire is used to evaluate the evaluation information of the elderly and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the final evaluation results and the actual comparison,analysis of the general construction of the deficiencies and put forward targeted recommendations.Through the evaluation research,this paper has made three achievements: Firstly,it built a community intelligence pension evaluation index system and specific standards,and it broke the predicament that lacks a specific evaluation system.Secondly,it combined interval fuzzy theory and other methods to calculate the weight of the index,it changed the pension case study in the use of existing subjective method of determining the weights.Thirdly,it used empirical method and theoretical analysis comprehensively,improved the current situation that Community Smart Endowment research mainly concentrated in theoretical.
