Research Of Back Alleys Renovation Based On Safe Community Concept

With the acceleration of urbanization and the social-cultural transformation,people pay more and more attention to the quality of urban social life space.Especially,the sense of security based on location has become a hot topic in the current social-cultural geography discussion.As the most basic unit of the city,the safe community has undoubtedly become the most concerned object of urban security.Back alleys,as the carrier of people's daily life in old urban communities,account for a large proportion in urban communities,and the security situation is more prominent,which needs to be improved urgently.This paper introduces the background,concept and related concepts of safe community,analyses the necessity of incorporating the concept of safe community into the reconstruction project of back streets and alleys,and makes a detailed study and planning of the transformation measures of back streets and alleys.At the same time,a multi-level safety community evaluation index system including psychosocial services was constructed through extensive consultation,on the basis of analyzing the requirements of the World Health Organization Safety Promotion Cooperation Center for Safety Community,and considering China's national conditions.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index to ensure the rationality of the evaluation results.Because the safety community is a complex system,there are many evaluation indicators and it is difficult to quantify,so the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of the safety community.On this basis,a case study of Nanshui Resettlement Site is carried out.The results show that the safety community evaluation index and method are effective and reliable.According to the formation mechanism of safe community,this paper puts forward that we should pay more attention to the elderly and the vulnerable groups of children,increase community psychological intervention,increase financial support and propaganda,and strengthen the construction of community safety culture in order to promote and improve the construction of safe community.In order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the construction of safe community.
