Farmers' health problem is a serious problem that is concerned with Chinese productive forces production and reproduction of countryside and supply of basic producer goods and subsistence means of entire society and countryside social stability as well as the national long-term peace. The fourth part proposes the solution to the problem on the basis of the conclusions of the first three parts.
