Talking About The Region Of Labor Right

In philosophy analyse of the right, the natural factor of the right is a confined desire of accepting, and the social factor of the right is the conflict of the standardized community. Thus we can sum up the general and open attributes of the right, which manifest the field trend of the right. It is a human basic activity to work. Then this selected the field of working to carry on the right. Because of greater disputes about right concept, content system of working in the course of working, it is unfavorable to protect the right of labor. It is a new research approach to protect the right with the systematic theory. It regards the right of working as a system of dynamic development, and asserts it with a standard. So this theory of protecting the right has been poured into new vigor. We found and construct the region of labor right, and divide it into three layers, the basic right of working, the deriving right of working and the renewable right of working, which can be compared to "the earth's core floor"," top layer of ground " and " atmosphere ". In order to stress the theory value of the working region of right, we have established special right security system to the working region of right, through proving the hypothesis of the region of right and internal hiberarchy of the region of right.
