Career Management Theory is an important part of Human Resource Management.Within effective career management implement,it can not only be good go individual career deveopment goal,also be good to achieve organization development target. China PLA system has been brought ynto effect for more than ten years,and the China PLA team is begoming larger and larger.a more effective and more competigive China PLA team is needed for the society.The connection between Career Management Theory and China PLA system is a completely new attempt within Public Human Resource Management and it is totally different form the old management system.The main body of this dissertation is composed by four parts.The first parts is about Career Management Theory including the concept of career,career management ,the basic theories of Career Management and the important two sides individual career management and organization career management.the second part is focus on practice of Creer Management Theory in different fields. first,experiences on this theory had been quoted for brtter demonstration.Second, China PLA is a special occupation and China PLA Career Management has its own characteristic.Last,other countries advanced experiences are also valuable.The third part is mainly analyzing the current qualifications.we had and negative factors for implememtatios China PLA Career Management in China.Lhe last part in main body is some suggestions on implementation China PLA Career Management in China.With effective implementation of China PLA Career Management, China PLA will complete their job more energetic and its ability wiill improve accordingly.As for government,it will become a more and more effective organization.It is very important to implement Career Management for China PLA in Knowledge Economy Age.
