All those are a new subject in and out of our country.The author has observed its practice in Hunan Xingcheng Prison, and then made some comparative research, investigation and analyses. In this article, the author will make some original research about the resource of the creative system leaving prison, about its basic theory, about its practical experiences, and about its developing direction. At the end of this article , the author think system leaving prison is the development to add its treatment system.(According to the prisoners performance , the prison change their guarding degree and their treatment condition , which is prison's basic system at present throughout the world.) That the system leaving prison is just started, it is far significant. It deserves to be further explored and researched by theorists and industrialists.
