The Study On The Incorrectness Of The Administration Value In The Transition Period

The administrative value activities is the soul of administration. it can have a certain change along with the development of the society. Currently our country is in the transformation period, the reason that the reality of coexisting market and the plan ,the systemic flaw of the new replacing the old, the lag and inmatrure of the legal system, as well as the culture, administrative person themselves makes the incorrectness of the public administration faith in the domain of public administrationAlthough this kind of phenomenon is the personal behavior of minority administrative personnel and leading cadre, it has seriously discredited the party's image in the people, lowed the cohesive force of country and the government to people, created the massive loss for the national modernized enterprise. Therefore under the background of the administrative reform needs to be deepened and every kinds of the market economy's system still needs to be perfected,preventing the attenuation of the public administration faith is very especially for the administrative personnel.By means of many kinds of discipline knowledge ,such as Politics, the Management Science, the Psychology etc, this thesis firstly makes a thorough analysis on the incorrectness of public administration value of current administrative personnel , promulgating the nature, concrete manifestation, and the created harm of incorrectness of public administration value. Then analyzes searchingly the origins of it from the four aspects of the management syestem, the traditional culture ,the negative effection of market economy, the administrative personnel own quality. Finally on the basis of these four origin,the thesis proposes the concrete countermeasures on how to solve this problem ,that is enhancing the construction of administrative system, constructing advance administration culture, enhancing the self-education of administrative personnel.
