The Study Of Transforming Party's Political Advantages To The Core Competitiveness Of Enterprises

Political advantages of party organizations in state-owned enterprises, which have positive effect for the development of enterprises, are the extension of party's political advantages. The core competitiveness of enterprises, fostering and accumulating in long-term progress, is a kind of competitive advantage and is unique and hard to be imitated and copied. The paper tries to combines above two advantages to find a way which transforms the party's political advantages to the core competitiveness of enterprises, so party organizations in state-owned enterprises play the political core role and the comparative advantage to the developed countries', and serve for building a modern enterprise road with Chinese characteristics.The paper absorbs and learns the methods of historical analysis and empirical analysis. Starting from political advantages of party organizations and core competitiveness of enterprises, analyzing the advantages and deficiencies of political advantages of party organizations in state-owned, the paper points out that"raising and uniting people"is the key to transform political advantages to core competitiveness.
