Strategy And International Relations And The Nuclear Strategy Of China

Since the birth of the nuclear strategy, it has a major impact on the international relations and international security ,and it also has become an important strategic component of the nuclear states. Faced with the proliferation of the nuclear weapons, international relations and international security are very dangerous. This paper tries to analysis the nuclear strategy′s far-reaching implications on international relations through searching the birth and the development process of the nuclear strategy , then this paper will discuss the nuclear threat which China faces and the measures we should have on the position of China.This paper is consisted by the following three parts:The first part: some basic theories about the nuclear threat. Any birth and development of new things meet the reality needs, which are the results of the reality. If we try to analysis the reasons of the nuclear strategy′s tremendous impact on the international relations, we should analysis the nuclear strategy itself. The nuclear strategy′s meaning and characters are the premise of the nuclear strategy being an important component of the national, and being an important component of the national is the basis of the nuclear strategy playing a role of the international relations.The second part: nuclear strategy and the contemporary international relations. Through anglicizing the changes of the post-war international relations and the nuclear strategy and nuclear policy in different countries and different times, we can see that not only the nuclear strategy plays a role on the international relations, at the same time, the changes of the international relations play a role on the nuclear strategy.The third part: the nuclear strategy of China. This paper will based on the nuclear strategy theory and the interaction between nuclear strategy and international relations, then analysis the nuclear threat which China faces, at last study the measures.
