Analysis On The Current Situation And Prospect Of The Rural Grass-roots Democracy

Basic democracy is an important competent of China's overall democracy, without thisfoundation, the building of democracy is also difficult to solid and get longterm development.Democracy includes two parts, rural areas and town's .And the rural grassroots democracy isan important and even more basic part of overall basic democracy. Because the developmentof rural democracy can cultivate people's democratic thinking, democratic values and enhancepeople's ability to practice democracy. So for our large agricultural country, the mostly partare farmers, we can say: to a certain extent, without the development of the rural grassrootsdemocracy, our democracy won′t be developed.
