The Influence Of The Countryside's Policy Implement On The Political Stability In China's Countryside

Political stability in china, as the prerequisite of the countryside's advancement and the social's all-around development, not only occupies a vital position, but is related with the reform and open understakings as well as the process of modernization .To maintain the political stability and provide the stable political environment for the reform and openness of countryside, china's government has formulated many policies. But the policy execution doesn't realize the desired projects; even bring about some problems and contradictions, which affect the political stability in countryside.Choosing the executive conditions of "villages merged, Groups cooperated" in Huai An city as a case ,the thesis reveals that the policy's losing-efficiency is harmful to the political stability in countryside through empirical study and theoretical analysis. The policy's execution leads to some problems in countryside ,such as the heaviness of the peasant's burden, the increase of the debt disputes, the tenseness of the relationship between the leaders and the masses, the enlargement of non-systemlization political participation. On the basis of the analysis to the reasons policy's losing - efficiency, the thesis reaches a conclusion that it is essential to execute the countryside's policy efficiently and maintain the political stability in it.
