| After the establishment of new China, there are hundred things to do with the Chinese Trade Union. As the firstly elected Labor Minister and important leader of new Chinese Trade Union, Li Li-San has carried out many works and formed his own labor thoughts, as well as stipulated series of labor laws and regulations, which provide legal supports and basis. Li Li-San has made creative, never obliterate contribution on Trade Union work. Reviewing about his labor thought and the social practice as well as the influence on society that time will give us vital significance on our current socialist market economy construction;This article attempts to make objective comments with the dialectical materialism and the historical materialism viewpoints.
