With the development of the science and the technology,more and more attention has been paid to the independent research and development of science and technology and the cultivation of scientific research personnel in China.As the main force of the scientific research talents in our country,the young teachers who have undertaken a large number of scientific research and teaching tasks play a vital role in improving the scientific research level of universities and even the whole country.Therefore,how to establish effective and effective training for young teachers has become the most important subject in the field of management in the University of China.According to the trade union law,the union of universities has been given four functions of participation,maintenance,construction and education.It represents the interests of young teachers and protects the legitimate rights and interests of young teachers according to law.Therefore,trade unions in universities play an important role in promoting the development of young teachers.However,with the progress of the times and the reform of universities,the present situation of the development of the trade unions in universities in our country can not meet the needs of the young teachers in universities,and even hinders the development of young teachers.Therefore,how to protect the interests of the young teachers,prevent and solve the labor disputes between the young teachers and the universities and maintain the labor customs between the two sides.The harmonious stability of the Department,promoting the growth and development of young teachers,and creating conditions for improving the level of scientific research in China's universities has become a problem that we urgently need to study and solve.This article first introduces the nature,function,structure and operation of the trade unions in universities,and defines the young teachers in universities from two aspects of identity and age;the second,it is based on the theory of "Chinese characteristic socialist universities",the legal nature of employment contracts,the theory of collective labor relations and the theory of trade union law and public participation management.Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of the research,the present situation of the young teachers in universities in our country,especially the status of the labor relations with the universities and their development needs,and the role of the Union in the development of the teachers,and the current legal system related to the trade unions,are summarized,and the main problems are as follows: The trade union function is indistinct;the communication channel between the young teachers in universities is not smooth;the labor union work is misplaced with the basic needs of the young teachers in universities;the structure of the work force needs to be optimized and theconstruction of the two level trade union of the university is insufficient.And through the analysis,the main causes of these problems are: the lack of representation of the interests of trade union;the imperfect protection of relevant laws and supporting systems;the right consciousness of the youth teacher group is weak;the trade union's own management is not standardized and the trade union funds are insufficient.Finally,in view of the problems and causes of the analysis and the causes,and combining the actual situation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures against the problems in the development of the youth teachers in universities.The following are the following points: repositioning the trade union function,establishing a communication mechanism,meeting the development needs of the young teachers of the University,transforming the concept,creating a service type trade union;The independence and professionalism of the strong trade union professionals;and deepen the reform of the two level trade unions.
