The view of leadership poses that the core is serving the people whole heartedly, and the leading and working method on its mass base will ensure the leadership, correct view of power and the affinity to the people. As for the power work, our country practice the people's representative meeting system in keeping with Chinese national conditions, and multi-party cooperation system under the leadership of the communist.
