As an important part of the Marxist theoretical system, Marx's freedom concept has been unilaterally understood by traditional dualistic thought mode over a long period of time with theoretical difficulties , One-sided understanding caused by this misunderstanding has inkling of malpractice in practice, Therefore, it is natural to seek a new understanding of Marx's freedom concept, Heidegger's freedom concept of ontology philosophy gives enlightenment to restructure and reconstruct of Marx's, This thesis firstly clarifies Marx's freedom concept, One of its basic regulations is that freedom surpasses the inevitability, According to Marx, the realization of freedom depends on labor and freedom sublates alienation of labor while it is closely related to self; the process of freedom realization is the process of human history, therefore, freedom is of historic significance; the social formation of freedom-communist society constitutes theoretical basis and ultimate ideal of Marx's freedom concept, As for Heidegger's freedom concept, this thesis is established in analysis of the Philosophical System of Existentialism, One of the basic regulations of heidegger's freedom concept is that freedom surpasses existence, Freedom is achieved by the system of Das Setnlassen, Meanwhile, with Sein zum Tode, human can grasp the most unreliable possibility to gain freedom, Heidegger pointed out that way of existence perched on modern society's technical nature makes human lose their freedom while poetic perch is the most natural state of freedom; meanwhile, because language roots in earth, the manifestation of existence and its freedom relies on freedom, According to the comparison of different freedom concepts of Marx and Heidegger, the thesis has a new understanding of Marx's freedom concept, which is not only demand of overcoming epistemology difficulties on freedom of "inevitability-freedom" antagonistic mode, but also internal requirement of materialist conception of history, Hence, there will be a new understanding of Marx's freedom concept on the dimension of ontology, materialist conception of history and dialectics.
