The Investigation And Research On Participation Of Rural Women To Constructions Of New Countryside In Fujian Province

With the changing of agricultural structure and the transfering of agricultural labor, the countryside of Fujian Province has been gradually emerging "Feminization of agriculture" ,that is , men mainly engaged in construction and industry of the secondary industry , women engaged in agricultural production in the countryside. This indicates that rural women are becoming main force and playing more and more vital role in the constructions of new countryside. But such problems as low quality of rural women, lack of funds, technology and information restrict the progress. Basing on the background of the constructions of new countryside and feminization of agriculture, the article summarizes the general situation of the rural women and countryside development at home and abroad, elaborates the relationship between rural women and building countryside, investigates and analyzes the quality of rural women and the general participation of building countryside: Seeing from the labor force condition, rural women' s transfering of non-agricultural is delay, feminization of agriculture phenomenon is prominent; seeing from the quality condition, education overall level is low, the channels to gaining the science and culture knowledge are narrow, but the ideological concept has had the new change, the status and the function had the new enhancement; seeing from the training condition, they lack for operative technology training, eager to improve their own skills; seeing from the masterying of technology situation, they lack for operative technology, and they are in the inferior position in the work status;Seeing from the participation in the construction of new countryside, they understand the construction of new countryside to a certain extent, their enthusiasm of ? participation in the construction of new countryside is relatively high, the rural women have become the construction of new countryside' s new force. Making the discussion of the subjective and objective factor to restrict rural women to participate in the construction of new countryside, finally, I suggest that setting up the new image of rural women, supportting the constructs system which Is advantageous in the rural women, trainning the new female farmer, maintainning the rural women rights and interests and so on to improves the rural women quality, lead the rural women in the Fujian Province to participate in construction of new socialism countryside.
