Research On The Issue Of Grass-root Government Supervisory In China In The Perspective Of Public Choice Theory

This thesis aims to analyze our nation's basic government supervisory problem according to the theory of public choice, tries to change the traditional view in research and broaden studying vision, at the same time supplies some ways to strengthen and improve our nation's basic government supervisory system. Taking public choice theory as studying frame, the thesis approaches the problem of our nation's basic government supervising, whose rationality is being regarded as the direction for meticulous observation from the views of public economics, administrative management science, administrative science of law and other concerned subjects. Using the methods of document, interdisciplinary study and comparing research, discussing current situation and existent problems of our nation's basic government supervising, this thesis tries to find out the troubles, nature and reasons which are hiding behind on the basis of using the significant experiences of other countries for reference and our nation's situation, then find specific ways to hope to pose some efficient thinking pattern and methods choosing to strengthen and improve our nation's basic government supervising system. All these can perfect our nation's supervisory system, found effective basic government supervisory system, advance public service industry reforming gradually and developing continually, accelerate our nation's government public service function's improvement, do some efforts to forming harmonious society of socialism and speeding up reform in public management system.
