The Study On International Logistics Law Cooperation Between China And Kazakhstan

The International logistics is the indispensable aspect of the international economy development, and it has the noticeable function to the international trade development. Kazakhstan is situated at the interior, and seeks the estuary positively. It hopes cooperation with our country to develop its logistics economy. As for our country, we are clearing the transportation gradually with the European countries, and it is a shortcut to pass by Central Asia. In the process of logistics promoting the regional economies conformity, the New Asian-European Land Bridge is playing the essential role.The paper uses the methods which are the empirical study, the theoretical analysis and the comparative analysis, and begins with the China and Kazakhstan New Asian-European Land Bridge international logistics law cooperation's present situation. On the basis of analyzing the problems thoroughly of the China and Kazakhstan New Asian-European Land Bridge international logistics law cooperation, the related contents on the China and Kazakhstan New Asian-European Land Bridge international logistics law cooperation, such as the international shipping law cooperation, the cargo entry law cooperation, the logistics park construction cooperation and so on ,have been elaborated. Finally it is pointed out that China and Kazakhstan should deepen gradually the China and Kazakhstan New Asian-European Land Bridge international logistics law cooperation on the platform of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization mechanism. We should profit from the Siberia Land Bridge logistics law cooperation experience and establish the New Asian-European Land Bridge International Shipping and Logistics Development Coordination Committee. On the basis of the consummation related cooperation mechanism, the related cooperative agreements should be carried out.
